Sensei Jeremy Talbott
Sensei Jeremy M. Talbott has been involved in martial arts since 1980 when he began his training at the age of 9 in Shuri-ryu Karate. During his time in the United States Air Force Sensei Jeremy began training in Korean Taekwondo. Since then he as gone on to study multiple arts earning a master’s degree in Kumdo (Korean sword art), Taekwondo, a 3rd degree black belt in Shorei-ryu karate and 1st degree black belt in Tangsoodo. He has also earned multiple National titles in weapons, forms and sparring in sport karate and has received gold, silver and bronze medals in sport taekwondo. Other awards include numerous Instructors of the Year award from American Karate Association and has served as a Cultural Advisor, US Delegate, and Task Force Member for the Untied States Taekwondo Committee. Through out his teaching career he as taught both kids and adult classes at Sharkey’s Karate Studio in Naperville, IL, where the school has been voted Best Children’s Program and Best All Around School in America by Black Belt Magazine, the nation’s leading martial arts industry periodical.
